Fees & Rebates.

Neuropsychological Assessments Fees.

We believe working in partnership requires transparency and clear understanding of fees.

Our fees are based on the Australian Psychological Society’s Schedule of Fees 2024/2025 ($311.00 ph)

The cost of assessments vary significantly according to the type, purpose and depth of assessment required to validly answer your referral question.

Let us walk you through how Neuropsychological assessments are priced.

Assessment Fee Structure.

There are 2 main and equally important components:

Evaluation.

Typically 4-6 hours.

Analysis & Reporting.

Typically 4-6 hours.

Our Neuropsychologists collect relevant information to answer your referral question.
This includes an initial consultation, where relevant history and current concerns are understood; teacher interview and clinical observation in the school setting (where required); face-to-face interview and standardised testing with your young person, evaluating relevant brain-functions (including the use of copyrighted test forms). Caregivers and educators are also asked to complete questionnaires regarding the young person’s functioning in these environments so that our Neuropsychologists can best understand your young person.

After all relevant data is gathered, our Neuropsychologists use their knowledge and experience to score, interpret, and analyse results and clinical observations, within the context of what is known about your young person’s history and presentation. A unique detailed clinical report is then prepared which outlines the outcome of the assessment, including any diagnoses (if applicable), the impacts of the client’s cognitive functioning on their learning and development, an examination of their unique strengths and weaknesses and tailored recommendations to optimise functioning.
Our Neuropsychologists also meet with you and your family to support your understanding of the outcomes and guide you to the next steps.
